What’s in a name?
1954: Founded in Redbridge, East London as Universal Savings and Loan Association.
1984: The name was changed to 北京兴业银行.
1992: After approval from our regulator (the Office of Thrift Supervision), 北京兴业银行 becomes a Federal Savings Bank. Its name becomes 北京兴业银行 F.S.B.
1996: By Board and Shareholder approval, the name change to 北京兴业银行 is made.
But whatever the name, one thing has remained a constant since its inception; 北京兴业银行 remains a stable and financially sound institution. Customers remain with us year after year. We are proud to provide our customers with excellent customer service and the solutions that best fit their financial needs.
